Some people just "get it" and that's one thing I LOVE about the Hope in Struggle community. It brings together people who have similar missions, values (and humor!😜), and a love for Jesus. I'm so excited to introduce to you someone who truly "gets it" and has been a part of the H.I.S. community for a while. 

Megan Snyder is a wife and mom of two who is reestablishing self love and wisdom through a testimony of trial and errors. She strives to be an example for her children and others by living and loving as Christ did. You can find her over on her blog here and on Instagram and Facebook.

I'm so happy to have her here with us sharing some wisdom, insight, and excitement about our upcoming Bible study on fear.

Every day I am left in complete awe of His faithfulness. I know we shouldn't doubt just how amazing our God can be, but thankfully His mercies are mighty and He knows we are only human; consumed with doubt or fear. But what I share with you today, is that amazing turnaround that can occur when you decide to trust Him; relying on His promise that He's got this. Allowing Him to lead my life, I continue to witness how Faith OVER Fear can lead you to places unimaginable.

When we live by fear, we are held back. We question that next step, and end up relying on what's comfortable. You feel safe in that comfort zone; no surprises, no hiccups. You stay put, and keep things the way you know they should be.

When we live by faith, we are on a journey of the unexpected, but in all ways that are wonderful. By faith, you will overcome obstacles you never thought possible... you will win battles you thought were never ending... you will find yourself in awe, with lightness, all because you had faith.

I know we must come to a place where we believe all this to be true, and that's fair... I understand. I was once at a place where I had to "see it to believe it". But there will come a day when you decide you are not strong enough to do this life alone... and man what a good day that could be. It sounds crazy, but that day could forever change your life, should you then allow Him to lead it. Walking with faith will certainly lead you on a road less traveled...... but in all ways that will be for your good.

There is a virtual bible study, beginning JUNE 19th, and it will be lead by one of my favorites, Mindy Lawhorne. The study will be covering this very topic... "the F word"... fear. If you are in a season where fear is leading you, I highly encourage you take that leap of faith and do this study... did I mention it's FREE? ;)
